I treated my body as a transportation device for my brain, until I realized it had become a bottleneck for my business.

 

I was making multi-five figure months while clenching my pelvic floor, leaking when I sneezed and worst of all, I'd lost my orgasm for over 5 years.

 

I reached the milestones, but my body was full on bracing, and my nervous system was not primed for wealth, so I would self-sabotage or freeze and numb myself anytime I hit an upper limit.

 

I was trying to figure out the perfect strategy while ignoring the messages my body was giving me, until my body started to SCREAM. 

 

Grief, trauma, shame, physical injuries. My body was holding it all, waiting patiently for me to notice.

 

Then I learned how to release my fascia, the place in my body that held the stories, trauma, and limiting beliefs I'd built up over my lifetime, and everything shifted.

 

Through working with my fascia, I went from feeling tight, tired and contracted in my body to feeling light, responsive, safe and alive.

 

From there creating more wealth in my life no longer required force.

 

As my body opened, I was suddenly able to hold the wealth I'd been calling in: material wealth, AND wealth in so many other ways.
