Daily Myofascial Routine for Full Body Alignment

This full-body alignment class includes 2 modules:
- a series of Integrated Positional Therapy stretches to slacken and strengthen, allowing a gentle release of your tight muscles and patterns of fascial strain.
- Myofascial self-care with a therapy ball. You will be sent a therapy ball with which to do this practice.
This 1.5 hours of guided self-treatment will help alleviate pain throughout your body. It will support your pelvis to be aligned, an important aspect of your wellness.
You’ll learn techniques that will truly release your fascia and change the way your body feels even if you only have a short amount of time each day.
What you’ll learn:
- The difference between tight and overstretched muscles
- The way to stretch with a myofascial approach
- How to balance your opposing muscles
- What parts of a body may be affected by your pelvic alignment
- What to do to balance your pelvic bowl
- How to ease acute neck, shoulder and jaw pain
These stretches and self-treatment techniques are simple but effective.
