Hi, I’m Lindsay.
I interact powerfully with the world, and I’ve co-created the life of my dreams.
I’m a Myofascial Release therapist, HeartHealing™ practitioner, and mother of three and I have over 15 years of experience owning my business.
I live on 92 acres in Vermont with my husband of nearly 20 years and our three beautiful children. Together we grow food, make medicine, and live close to the land.
I’ve built a life, a marriage, and a business that feel deeply satisfying. But it didn’t start that way.
There was a time when I felt confused, unsure of my vocation, disconnected from my calling. Fascia work and HeartHealing™ opened my channel and helped me to see the stories that were holding me back. Through this, I built a body-based business that sustains me, my family, and my community.
And, I have created magic in my bank account too. Revenue of $200k/year offering 2 hr online masterclasses. $25k launches. And a booked out in-person bodywork practice, working less than 15 hours/week.
Now I mentor women, healers, coaches, visionaries, into light footprint wealth: a way of living and creating that is abundant, sacred, and sustainable.
